Piotr Barwina

Attorney Piotr Barwina is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin, and also studied in Finland – at the University of Lapland.

He demonstrates outstanding effectiveness in representing his clients in criminal proceedings. He undertakes defences in a wide range of cases – including, in particular, commercial criminal cases and crimes.

It also provides services to business entities, including foreign ones. He successfully represents clients involved in international fuel trading in criminal proceedings before tax authorities and courts.

He is a specialist in data protection and acts as Data Protection Officer for a number of entities, including local authorities.

He acts on behalf of entrepreneurs in proceedings against contractors, as well as in disputes between partners of commercial companies. Represents individuals before the courts in pursuing their claims arising from the employment relationship. He successfully represents Housing Associations in civil and criminal proceedings in which they act as an aggrieved party.

He is fluent in English.

Privately, he is a practicing (although only amateur) runner and a road cycling enthusiast.
