Bartosz Siemak

Attorney Bartosz Siemak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin.

After graduation, he gained professional experience working at the First Tax Office in Szczecin as a fiscal prosecutor, where he conducted investigations for criminal offences under the Fiscal Penal Code and the Accounting Act, and represented the financial pre-trial body before the Court as a public prosecutor.

He started working with the Law Office of Zbigniew Barwina PhD., in 2012, when he started his legal training. Currently, he runs an individual law practice.

He provides services to individual clients and businesses in the areas of criminal law, criminal fiscal law, tax law, bankruptcy law and constitutional law.

As part of his legal services, he has gained experience in the elimination of final judgments from the legal market by drawing up a number of constitutional complaints, requests for a legal question to the Constitutional Tribunal, extraordinary appeals in criminal, civil, tax and administrative court proceedings and by actively participating in resumption proceedings.
