Maciej Maliszewski

Legal adviser Maciej Maliszewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Szczecin University. He completed his legal adviser training organised by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Szczecin.

He gained professional experience in leading law firms specialising in legal services for local government units. He has a professional practice in providing legal services to the provincial government, district governments, municipal governments and related entities. He is also a local government employee. He has conducted numerous trials in the field of civil law, including so-called ‘franking’ cases, business law and has undertaken legal services for business entities, in particular in the construction industry. In his professional work, he values professionalism and high professional ethics.

He started working with the Law Firm of Zbigniew Barwina, PhD., in 2024, where he mainly provides services to public entities.

He communicates in English and German.

Privately, he is an avid fisherman, a lover of travel literature and bicycle tourism.
