We provide our clients with full support in public procurement matters.

We advise our clients to be proactive already before the results of the proceedings are announced, as the possibilities to challenge tender awards are limited by the need to pay high fees. We therefore give our opinion on the terms and conditions of the contract, prepare requests for amendments and appeals.

In cases of blatant infringement, we do not hesitate to prepare a request for an ad hoc inspection by the President of the Public Procurement Office.

For entrepreneurs who have successfully gone through the tender procedure, we provide assistance in the contract execution process, in particular with the award of supplementary and additional contracts. We advise on relationships with subcontractors and prepare contracts.

Through our pro-activity, we enforce the ordering parties’ ongoing cooperation with the contractor and, in the event of a dispute, we fight in court for the remuneration due to our clients.
